Today, we pause to honor and celebrate a true vessel of God — Apostle Dwight Buckner — on his 1-year anniversary of answering the call to Apostleship.
Apostle Buckner is no stranger to impact. As a writer, movie producer, and actor, he has long used his creativity and voice to shift atmospheres and influence culture. But when God called him higher, he didn’t hesitate. He said yes — not to the spotlight, but to the sacred. Not to applause, but to assignment.
I have been graced to sit under his ministry, and let me tell you — the old Pentecostal anointing that rests on him is undeniable. It’s that power that pierces the soul, revives dry bones, and makes you straighten up in your seat. But don’t get too comfortable — because Apostle Buckner will keep you on your toes with a perfectly timed joke and a sharp word that’ll have you flipping through your Bible and scrambling for your notebook.
There is a rare oil that flows from his life — one that blends humor, holiness, and heavy truth. It’s refreshing. It’s real. And it’s relevant.
So today, we honor Apostle Dwight Buckner — a servant, a leader, a builder, and a breaker of chains. Happy 1-Year Anniversary in your apostolic office.
