They Said It Was Mentorship… But Now Dr. Larry Reid Said When Speaking About Chief Apostle Jordan ‘We are More Peer to Peer - When the Collars Come Off and the Cameras Go Quiet

Whew. So… we’re just gonna act like we didn’t see that coming? 👀

Yes, beloveds—Chief Apostle E. Bernard Jordan and Dr Larry Reid are no longer walking together. The alliance has ended, the mantle has lifted, and apparently… so has the NDA. (Allegedly. Maybe. Spiritually.)

We can’t stand Dr. Reid over here. 

In a recent statement, Chief Apostle Jordan addressed the tension, subtly hinting that the fallout may have stemmed from assumptions Larry made about how he voted—particularly after his controversial visit to the White House. 

"I never said how I voted," Chief Jordan clarified. "I'm just one vote and some people didn't vote. Your not voting was a vote too. But as a Prophet, I don’t always get to pick where God sends me."

He went on to explain that the assumptions were wrong, but I have tough skin. And talked about that there is an importance of being present in places of power.

And that God sends us in place that we are not always uncomfortable with. 

"Sometimes, my assignment puts me in different rooms. But as a Prophet, I must sit at the table, especially where laws are being created that affect the people of God. That’s serious, you know?"

The weight of his words wasn’t lost on those who remember how fiercely Chief Jordan stood by Larry during some of his most controversial seasons—even when it cost him criticism from peers, followers, and reportedly, even tension at home.

Now that the tables have turned, many are asking: Was loyalty only expected to flow one way?
